Terms and Conditions

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of WorkFlura, a workflow management application provided by Scultura Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("we", "our", "us").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using WorkFlura, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using WorkFlura on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

WorkFlura is a workflow management application built on the Google Workspace platform. It enables organizations to create, manage, and automate business workflows using Google Forms, Google Drive, Google Chat, and related Google Workspace services.

3. Subscription and Pricing

• WorkFlura offers a free trial for up to 10 users for 30 days

• Pricing details are available at https://sculturats.com/product

• Payment is processed through Paddle. By subscribing, you also agree to Paddle's terms of service

• Subscriptions are billed annually. Pricing may change with 30 days' notice

4. Your Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google Workspace account

• You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using WorkFlura

• You are responsible for the content and data you create and manage through WorkFlura

• You must not use WorkFlura for any illegal, harmful, or unauthorized purpose

5. Google Workspace Integration

WorkFlura integrates with Google Workspace services. Your use of these services is also governed by Google's Terms of Service. We are not responsible for the availability or functionality of Google Workspace services.

6. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all workflow data, form submissions, and business content created through WorkFlura. Your workflow data is stored in your organization's own Firebase/Google Cloud project.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability. We will provide reasonable notice for planned maintenance.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Scultura Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of WorkFlura.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the subscription at any time. Upon termination, your access to WorkFlura will be discontinued, but your workflow data remains in your Firebase project.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of WorkFlura after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
