Scultura Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("we", "our", "us") operates WorkFlura, a workflow management application built on the Google Workspace platform. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and share information, including Google user data, when you use WorkFlura.

1. Information We Collect

When you use WorkFlura, we may collect the following information:-

• Account information: Your name, email address, and Google Workspace domain, obtained through Google Sign-In

• Google Forms data: Form structure and response data for forms created and managed through WorkFlura, accessed via the Google Forms API

• Google Drive metadata: File and folder metadata for forms and attachments managed through WorkFlura, accessed via the Google Drive API

• Organizational data: Organizational unit structure and user directory information from your Google Workspace domain, accessed via the Admin SDK Directory API, used to configure workflow routing

• Apps Script data: Script project and deployment information for workflow automation, accessed via the Apps Script API

• Workflow data: Workflow definitions, approval chains, form submissions, and related business process data that you create within WorkFlura

• Usage data: Application logs, feature usage patterns, and error reports to maintain and improve the service

2. How We Use Google User Data

We access Google user data solely to provide WorkFlura's workflow management functionality:

• Google Forms API (forms.body, forms.responses.readonly): To create, configure, and read responses from forms used in your workflows

• Google Drive API (drive.file, drive.metadata.readonly): To organize workflow forms in designated folders and manage file attachments submitted as part of workflow processes

• Admin SDK (admin.directory.user.readonly, admin.directory.orgunit.readonly): To retrieve your organization's user list and organizational unit structure for workflow routing and user management

• Apps Script API (script.projects, script.deployments, script.scriptapp): To register and manage Apps Script automation that powers form-to-workflow integrations

• Google Chat API (chat.bot): To send workflow notifications, approval requests, and status updates to users via Google Chat

We do not use Google user data for advertising, marketing to third parties, or any purpose unrelated to providing the WorkFlura service.

3. Data Storage and Security

• Workflow data (definitions, submissions, approvals) is stored in Google Cloud Firestore within each customer's own Firebase/Google Cloud project

• Application configuration and license data is stored in our central Google Cloud project (wf02-468510)

• All data is encrypted in transit using TLS/HTTPS and at rest using Google Cloud's default encryption

• Service account credentials provided during tenant setup are encrypted using AES-256-GCM before storage

• We implement role-based access controls to limit data access to authorized personnel

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information or Google user data to third parties. We may share data only in the following circumstances:

• With your organization: Workflow data is shared with users in your Google Workspace domain as configured by your administrator

• Service providers: We use Google Cloud Platform for hosting and Paddle for payment processing. These providers process data only as necessary to deliver their services

• Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, or legal process

5. Data Retention and Deletion

• Workflow data is retained in your organization's Firebase project for as long as your subscription is active

• Upon subscription cancellation, your workflow data remains in your Firebase project (which you own and control)

• Application logs are retained for up to 90 days for troubleshooting purposes

• You may request deletion of your account and associated configuration data by contacting support@sculturats.com

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you

• Request correction of inaccurate data

• Request deletion of your data

• Withdraw consent for data processingExport your data

7. Google API Services User Data Policy Compliance

WorkFlura's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the [Google API Services User Data Policy] (https://developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy), including the Limited Use requirements.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated policy on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
